Since, having Teddy it's been such a struggle to get back in shape.  I recently started the Beach Body Guide by Kayla Itsines which is so much harder than I ever thought!  It's a program that allows you to work out for 28 minutes 3 times a week (simple right?!) The 4 remaining days of the week it recommends keeping active via some type of cardio.  I've started it multiple time since having him, but this time I'm committed to stick with it through all 12 weeks.  I love getting new gear to work out in.  If I look good, I feel better.  This set is from  I love the slate color and it moves so well with me.
